OUR FOUNDING VISION – Where It All Began
Eight years ago, when the digital world was still growing, we noticed a common problem—businesses weren’t employing the right marketing strategies to grow their brands. Many business owners were not very aware of how to scale their business both on-field and online, and consequently, they were not realising their full potential.
At that time (8 years from now), online presence was limited, but we saw the incredible potential that lay ahead. We knew e-commerce would be the future of business, and we wanted to be the trusted partner that helped brands on that journey.
We started TechSurvi with this simple belief: every brand deserves the chance to grow regardless of where they start. When we envisioned building TechSurvi, we saw ourselves helping businesses move from wherever they started – or somewhere in between – to sustainable growth through the power of smart and data-driven marketing.
Today, that vision is thriving.
Built to Empower Brands: Our Journey
Every large story begins small, just like ours. TechSurvi was founded on January 22, 2018, with 2 people and 1 client, founded on a vision to help businesses grow in e-commerce. At that time, our aim was very simple: to help brands on e-commerce platforms (Amazon and eBay back then) to build visibility, increase sales, and help them grow.
Those early days were merely the foundation for what we are today. Through some trial and error, innovation and maintaining a focus on results, TechSurvi transformed from a small digital agency to becoming the architects of online success – turning visions into growth.
As e-commerce grew, so did we. Today, TechSurvi helps brands grow in the leading global marketplace while enhancing their visibility and revenue stream along the way – Amazon through advanced ads & SEO, Flipkart in India’s eCommerce ecosystem, Walmart for worldwide seller opportunities, and eBay connects brands to millions of buyers.

Ms. Surekha Wandhekar Payghan
co-founder and Head of Operations at TechSurvi – Surekha has helped over 100+ brands go from 0 to $100M+ ARR on Amazon. She leads operational excellence as well as makes sure each client can maximise their business through data-driven strategy, with an eye on end-to-end account management across marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, and eBay.
Together, Vijay and Surekha, along with the TechSurvi team, run a vision of empowering brands, maximising growth, and providing measurable results in e-commerce marketing and advertising.
